Yahclick blocking voip service

I hope to get some legal advise here.
Vox Datapro is blocking a client using their Yahclick network from accessing and using their own voip provider, they insist the only way to use voip is using their own voip package. They did not specify anywhere that they block it, but they do, and when confronted the sales person admitted that they block it.
Is this legal and what can I do to prevent them from doing it.

Seriously blocking other VoIP services? Was hoping to set this up for colleagues in remote areas and then have them connect to an Asterisk box in our office. Guess that ain't gonna work?

In countries where VoIP is legal, access to international VoIP services such as Skype, Google Talk, etc will not be blocked by YahClick
At no extra charge from YahClick, subscribers will be able to make PC-to-PC calls, or PC to phone calls charged by the international VoIP provider. YahClick is totally independent from this and does not guarantee voice quality. Such calls would be “best effort”
In some other instances, SPs may wish to provide their own chargeable VoIP services if they are licensed to provide such services in their country of operation
This is an offering currently under development with SPs who have their own VoIP platforms and testing will commence shortly.
The YahClick offering will consist of a series of home consumer plans and business plans where voice traffic is prioritised, and therefore guaranteed to go through over the satellite link. YahClick is not responsible for the voice traffic once it hits the internet.
If required, YahClick will allow SPs to terminate their own leased lines in the YahClick gateways with a vendor of their choice and at their cost and YahClick can send all their VoIP traffic to this line.
