Your Second Income!

My $2500/m apartment I rent out is now technically R~40k gross. It did occur to me that this could provide a permanent and sufficient income back in SA, although I have no intent to leave any time soon. I'm actually thinking of buying a multi-unit block in a few months (3-4 flats) as my next venture.

That is pretty amazing!!

i want to start a technicians forum website where technician alike can advise each other on how to fix electronics, i don't know how to go about this and how feasible it is and if there is a market for this type of website. i also don't know how to set up a business model. if there is anyone who can help with this i will appreciate it

I want to start an app where people can meet new friends. I moved to SA after having lived overseas most of my life, and the one thing I found that is really hard, is making new friends without a common friend. People in SA are very cliquey.

Think Tinder, but for bros. Want a fifa night? Find some bros on the app. Ladies looking for people to join them on a ladies night? Use this app. ****, if you are looking for someone to bloody go fishing with and have a couple of beers with, use this app. If you don't dig the person, don't meet up with them again. And maybe you can even anonymously rate bros you meet?

It will match people that have similar personality traits as you do, but using a common interest algorithm. Just an idea. But my question: is it feasible and more importantly would people use it?

My wife does typing and excel charts for a computerised accountant who doesn't own a computer. :p

I saw something similar on Dragons Den, its an app like Tinder, but for blind double dates. So it is much less awkward on the first date for both parties. You sign up a profile with your bro, and then look for the double dates of your choice. If there is a match in interest, it opens the chat :)

I am now a partner and a driver.

It takes quite long to jump through all the hoops and get everything together. Hoping to make some money on the side to help with ever increasing costs!

I'm thinking of buying mobile toilets and hiring them out. I can invest as much as R35k and buy 5 toilets to rent them out to functions, weddings, etc. I'll hire someone to deliver those toilets. I'll have to buy a small bakie though which can bring itsown problems like my potential employee misusing the bakkie.
