YouTube buffering and other issues

Is anyone else experiencing issues on YouTube? I'm on a 50mbps connection and over the weekend its been buffering and degrading the video quality like I'm back on dial up. Tested on Laptop and Apple TV with both getting about 40mbps and Netflix flying

Yes, multiple people have confirmed this.

Seems like a routing issue on multiple ISP's.

I just saw an advert for McDonalds Mongolia on YT with Cyrillic writing etc... their CDN must be broken

Youtube preview thumbnails not even wanting to load. Been the issue all weekend. Afrihost 50/50 on Vumatel

No mention of any issues on their Network Status page.....

Same issue. 500/250 Webafrica on Openserve. If I use a VPN to say London, it's fine. So must be a local issue.
