Yeah. I was watching on my iPad. Was pretty bad.

We managed to get access to a temp cache server which is helping a bit but it's not enough to completely alleviate the issue.

We are still exploring other options.

We have moved traffic around a bit to use more DBN and CTP caches. We are trying to secure more cache access for another provider.

Enabling IPV6 on my router completely solved the issue for me. Thanks @cavedog.
2160p is instant now.

I'm on Vumatel. My router doesn't have ipv6. Will need to upgrade it. My parents are a street up on Vumatel with Cool Ideas and no issues at all.

Will test with a new router this week and revert back with feedback.

If you have Vuma Aerial or Vuma Reach you can enable IPv6 to assist with the issues experienced. We are trying to source access to google caches for our JHB clients and apologise for the issues you are experiencing.

I believe CISP has a cache in JHB and that might be why they aren't experiencing issues.
