Youtube Buffering

Well I made out a new ticket and I see they read it but zero communication from their side yet.

When I first started using VOX they seemed really on the ball, not that way now by the looks of it.

Why has no-one posted a wireshark capture?

I'm sure the problem is that youtube starts burping and farting every time a Trump related video plays. Its impossible for the bloated image captures of the orange man bad to make it through the buffers without his ego causing router rejection...

I'm getting the same issue and I actually started to think it may be an issue on my network, glad to see it's not just me.

80mb line used to be able to play 4K video with no buffering. Lately it cant even play 720p without buffering.

@Vox Customer Service please check what's going on in PE.

Exactly. When I have network issues at home I always go "*snap fingers* Wireshark!". These loser types who restart routers, fiddle with network cables in the face of blinking green lights, shouting at the useless dog and blaming god and/or "this useless country" - I pity them.
Now you preaching! :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:

Its behaviour amplified by the ISP's support that has the so called "best practice" mentality of

Just install cloudfare warp vpn, everything will porbably just work.

Thought ISP shoudl fix the issue

Well I tagged them on twitter and I got told to log a ticket. Told them I dont need to log a ticket since I posted link to this thread and they can see the members in thread reporting same issues. And after seeing members post above their tickets not being resolved, what's the point?

If you have twitter I suggest everyone tag vox and Frogfoot to get them to address this issue.

Thank you for your response. However please explain the need to log a ticket when tickets being logged are being treated as in this thread?

This is not a user problem but rather an issue in your network as per this thread.

Well I must admit after getting the cleared email from VOX it seemed I had no more issues on YouTube.

Agreed, I'm with Krypton and have this problem randomly lately
We have randomly started receiving (very few) customer messages about this issue, but it seems to be on the YouTube app only where it downscales the video quality

Please message into our support number when you have this issue so we can investigate it while you are using the service 0875513456 https://wa.me/+27875513456
