Hi,

Im on ADSL and cant seem to download/watch any youtube video?
I can browse, download files, ect all as per normal, all at normal speeds.

I was wondering if throttling might have anything to do with it? Is it because I've watched alot of you tube videos this month?

Update your Adobe Flash player, current working version with Youtube is flash player Version 11.6.602.168

You should be able to watch, unless you're missing an add-on for your browser; but downloading....Google has put a halt to it!

Not sure if you're serious, but you can download from youtube. Try a different add-on e.g. "easy youtube video downloader" (Firefox).

Did you check the TI usage tracker if you are soft capped? seems that a lot of users that are soft capped are reporting that they cant use youtube while soft capped!

Sounds like you're on a TelkomInternet account (whether you're softcapped or not). They've made some major changes to their shaping policies this month. If you don't like it, time to change ISP like the rest of us!
