He could be idiot in your opinion (not the right "type") but it was Dali Mpofu who pointed out "gratification" in PCCA act - search "gratification" http://www.justice.gov.za/legislation/acts/2004-012.pdf

The PP has to investigate complaints big or small its what the office is mandated to do. The timing is suspect but they have to do it.

Cant agree on the last point.

Investigate yes, but when something is clearly wrong.. you just stop the investigation and move the fsck on. She went and published it with a retarded conclusion.

I can't say if it is clearly wrong or not I do not have the knowledge of the constitution or the ethics code to make that decision.

That is her conclusion like it or not it is irrelevant.

I will wait for a Judge to decide.

this "gratification" is not the same as that "gratification".
that is obviously the law states that the gratification is "materialized gratification". the meaning of gratification is not the same as that idiot is trying to manipulate the zille's case.
 
I don't like the DA but I don't understand how this is a conflict of interest. This is not the same as some dodgy government tender going to her son. No money changed hands, it was simply equipment that would otherwise have been lying idle was instead used to benefit learners. Win-win.
 
He should have used this free math education on our then president, it seems like a huge missed opportunity.

I have already asked myself that question Dreamking, I am way past that.
 
This is utterly ridiculous. The guy was providing FREE teaching to underprivileged kids using public resources which are available to anyone in that sphere, which were returned and also used by many other teachers but the huge issue is that his mom hooked him up with the tablets for his charity work?

Meanwhile, millions, nay hundreds of millions, if not billions of rands are blatantly looted left right and centre but somehow the burning issue is a teacher working for free, borrowing some tablets for a while which are provided for that purpose???

The solution is actually quite simple. No more free assistance to ingrates, or any kind of of assistance at all for that matter. Problem solved.
