I got mugged of my LG G2 and I need a cheap smartphone I can use, I saw the ZTE Grand X2 in CNA I was wondering if anyone knows how good ZTE are or can recommend me a good 4.5" Android Smartphone out there for R2500 and where I can buy.

You should be looking at this vs Huawei G510 if you want something with good specs at a good price. Cellu City have a wide range of Huawei phones at different price points.

I ended up getting the ZTE Grand X2, so far so good its working ok.

Could have gotten a Moto G from amazon, read on the threads here it can be had for R2600
