MWEB UNCAPPED ACCOUNTS---> DONT EVEN BOTHER!!

Well after almost 3months of internet problems and about 500mins on the phone M-web are going to escalate my problem for the 50th time! No managers phone you back no one bothers to do anything!!

So please if you thinking of getting one of these accounts at Over R500 per/month maybe think again!!

M-web if you cant support a product....don't sell it!! Lets See If Sonja Bartlet phones me back!

Could you please explain what your problem is? It's unreasonable of you to make accusations without stating the problem and giving proof...

It could be that its a problem at your Telkom Exchange, and then theres not much that MWeb can do about it.
 
Yeah - please elaborate. What problems? PEBKAC is a difficult one to solve.

Been with MWEB uncapped since the month after they started ( sorry Afrihost, I can't handle you pre-emptively throttling me because it looks like I might go over your thresholds.. ) and have not had a single bad day outside of network outages.

Does seem a bit extreme to post a gripe and not actually detail the problem.

Bottom line is that if I had been experiencing problems for the past 3 months (which would never happen), I would have found a suitable alternative ages ago. I mean, I need my connection and would not survive 3 months waiting for it to be sorted.

I am on the 384 package and all my dealings with Mweb have been perfectly adequate.

What is your actual problem?

Or did you just want to bitch for the sake of it?

Eish... ja like the rest, I have no idea of what the problem is with your connection, but this sounds somewhat similar to my past experiences with good ol' Mweb :)

Would suggest getting FF and the South African dictionary application to assist with the spelling.

I've been on 384 MWEB uncapped since the beginning - haven't had any problems at all and any queries I've made have been handled quickly.
