Cybersmart Downloading Problem

So for the last 2 weeks I haven't been able to download specific things on my Cybersmart Night Rider 384k account. These things include Antivirus updates (Eset Smart Secuirty, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, SUPERAntiSpyware), certain downloads from certain sites ect. Anyone else got this problem? I have tried using my free 1GB from Afrihost and have confirmed that Cybersmart is at fault. I haven't phoned them as of yet about the matter, just want to see if anyone else is having the same issues as me? There's bound to be many more things that I can't download for no apparent reason, the following at the top is just what I have realized recently.


EDIT: Seems like Windows update is also affected.
