Chrome just timeout, firefox getting to the delivery and bombs with errors.
 
Hi guys

We installed multiple new servers to cope with demand, but there was still more traffic than we anticipated, we're seeing 7000 people processing orders at the moment.

Meaning cannot cater for 7000 people online, some sites do 6 million users at a time

Why don't you use something like EC2 or Azure for a launch like this. Those systems are able to scale up based on demand, and are huge data centers.

Exactly the same experience.

Why can't it just acknowledge the pre-order with the initial page? They can sort out payment details later, since it is a pre-order.
 
FFS, every time I click on a province or city in delivery details, it times out!!!
 
now i got to the drop down list for delivery city and it doesn't load
