Prefer to use them, when I need a ride service. More expensive, yes. But orders of magnitude better than even Uber Black.
Also, I can trust the diver (and the systems that they use) to take my daughter home late at night.

I cannot find a reason why i'de use them over Uber. It works perfectly for me.

many times for airport shuttle to OR Thambo. I live in Pretoria. I book them to collect me early, sometimes at 04:30 am, and, they are always on time. friendly. perfectly clean and maintained vehicles. always felt safe. Collection from airport never have to wait longer than 5-10mins. they are normally at the pickup point by the time I get there.
uber vehicles on the other hand, were not so great. many times cracked windscreens, even on uber black. and for a while, uber black was the only way I got a guaranteed pickup at 04:30 in the morning. waiting 15-20 mins for them at the airport as well.
pricing is reasonable, compared to uber black as well.
what I like about their model is the vehicles are owned by Wanatu. not driver owned. drivers get a salary, are stringently trained, and the vehicles have cameras. also, it is cool that I can call their ops center and speak to a human. unlike these other USA styled outfits where you can just submit stuff on an app or website and hope for the best.
so yeah, I am a fan. in a world where poor service is pushed onto us as excellent service, they are the outlier. their excellent service is just that. and the pricing is pretty reasonable, for me on my airport shuttle trips
