    As reported in http://www.abiresearch.com/research_blog/1520 "So, essentially, the ITU is claiming that even HSPA+ is "4G," whereas before it said not even LTE was worthy of the moniker." [ITU=International Telecommunications Union] So maybe Cell C wasn't that far off?

    I am in Polokwane. In the dark red zone for the coverage (three blocks from the store). I checked out the speed etc in store to confirm the coverage and speed. Looked like a killer deal! BUT...after spending the R2999 I get HSPA+ only sometimes. Mostly edge and mostly on roaming with Vodacom...
