I've been using a US billing address for my Kindle ever since I bought it and haven't had any issues buying stuff up until last week, however just tried to buy a book now and it says that I'm purchasing from a different country.
I haven't changed anything on my side, so I'm assuming Amazon...

The normal Hardcover: $16.03
