Report SMS spam says WASPA
Consumers receiving unwanted SMS marketing messages from companies that they have not directly supplied with their cellphone numbers should report the spammer to the Wireless Application Service Providers’ Association of South Africa (WASPA).

I got charged for content that I never subscribed to and they insisted that I did(according to their records).
I have asked them to deactivate content subscriptions for me, but apparently they cannot do...

This site seems to have stopped working and its now been replaced with:

(I suspect a site upgrade as its a new interface)
