10 Reason why Android is better than iOS vice versa.

3D touch is not just holding the screen
It's like saying facial recognition and iris scanning is the same thing.
I know that, I know the various pressure one puts on the screen can bring up various functions etc, swipes etc can bring up previews and so on.

However, it's nothing special, and like I said, it doesn't take you hours to open up the app, and do all that.

One can set an email widget, and you can preview an email, or a calendar widget to view an appointment etc without the need to swipe.

Knock yourself out. Look at all his videos vs and android powered phone. The results are the same. iPhone can't multitask, ok.

I have to ask, are you having difficulties to understand what I am posting here? You get screen on time, meaning you're actually using your damn phone, doing something on it. Then you get stand by time. Who uses their phone straight for 10 hours nonstop. If you would, in that case then yes, your usage time and standby time are the same.
Dude, did you even read the previous posts where me and AlphaJohn mentioned standby time and actual usage time? Or do you have selective memory here?

Don't worry when he said that I knew he was talking ***, Not a single iPhone on the market can do that. Esp seeing that iOS have no measure for it really. Apple themselves claim that iOS report's background Activity as "Usage time"

On actual test most phones die on hour 4 to 5.

LOL. View below. Keep in mind I haven't connected to any wifi network this weekend as I'm away in citrusdal on a farm. 4-5 hours you say, well, I'm already over 6. During the week being mostly on wifi, I get 9-11 hours usage. I can post some proof during the week?

No tell me, since when have they had the ability to properly multi task?

Watch the video I posted above. Educate yourself.

Not using the phone now.

Went from Windows Phone to Android and now on iOS.

Might return to Windows depending what happens with the ARM and Windows 10 devices plan.
I'm going back to Windows, but also depends on what Microsoft decides to do. Cannot believe how they messed up the mobile division

I'm not going to lie, force touch, open Incognito Mode is an awesome feature

x86 emulation on ARM would destroy everything imo.

Yeh definately, I loved windows, but I had the Surface but the original one which was RT, and not full windows which sucked.

Nice try but iOS reports all background activity as usage, not standby. Do yourself an actual test. Go watch movies on a full charge and then come back with a screenshot.

Edit: Ok my bad Do apologise, I found actual results. I phone does have decent specs. Still not Redmi note 4 but decent.

Can somebody please tell me if the iPhone can now do true multi tasking

Like watch YouTube, while reading an email and checking Facebook?

Something like what I'm doing below?

So is usage calculated by how many hours of video I can watch? I have TV btw. Rarely use my phone for movies.

But I'll test it. Roughly 3 movies. Will have to do this the next time I'm sick though :D But am sure the the 7 plus can handle that. Are we talking streaming or stored movies?

So basically we said in so many posts that on Android we can do 8-10 hours actual use on a single charge , and not standby time. And then you said the same and gave us virtually the same usage time on a single charge, but you say IPhone has a better battery.

iPad yes. iPhone no. That's not multitasking though. Isn't it called split view? And since you in that industry. You should know.

Besides, iPhone keeps apps open in the background. android not so much. We we apple sheeple don't need to squeeze multiple apps onto a 5.5inch screen. We have real multitasking and can switch between apps in a blaze. Just as you said, 3D Touch, whats the point, I can just open the app and do whatever is needed. Lol

Well that's recent, well fairly recent Hahaha and thank you Sandman for actually answering the question.

No need for videos
It's only for a few minutes before the app gets frozen. 3lOH55A's Phonebuff video is quite laughable because he opens and reopens the apps in quick succession. If he waited 10-30 mins however to reopen the apps it would've been a different ballgame.

Yeh but what I'm asking, is does the iPhone do true multi tasking as shown above in my screen shot. Double tapping to open up recent apps, and then switching between them is not true multi tasking. So I can have X amount of apps open at the same time, which means I don't have to switch between them.

So I was watching YouTube, while checking the Chelsea score and also on Evernote. Apple has never had true multi tasking, and that's why I'm asking

Almost 8 hours. So what happened to 4-5 hours? And your post above. You do notice the xaomi not 4 has a much larger battery? So yea, I'm sure it can last longer.
But didn't you mention that the iPhone battery is much better, and lasts longer?
