2 simcards with different speed results?

So today i got a new data deal from telkom....
living in an area with ''no 3g or lte'' coverage. Yet i get about 25mb/s download with a ping of 40ms On my current contract.

With My new data sim im only getting 6-12mb/s download and between 100-200ms ping.....

How does that work?

Call customer centre and ask for provisioning new SIM for LTE.

shouldnt it already be? Due to im getting lte signal

Tech support says the sim doesnt need to be provisioned

It looks to me (from the speed and latency) that new SIM didn't pickup LTE signal, it was working on 3G. Keep testing to see if it keeps that way.

Well it is on lte, now im getting 34ms ping, 33Mb/s download, and an average of 1Mb/s upload. shouldnt the upload be higher
