Although its highely unlikely,what if the top 6 teams consisted of 3 SA teams and 3 NZ teams,and the top Aus team in 7th.Would the Aus team automatically go 3rd and knock the 6th placed team out? From what i took from the rules the top team in each division make up the top 3,so Even though the 6th team would be ahead of the 1st Aus team on points they still wouldn't qualify. Just a thought :)

I know... he's a Grey boy (PE, not Bloem). I also think Duvenhage's injury is a big setback and that he is your #1 scrumhalf.

Anyone watch the Lions game? Went well up to half time and then the ref blew them right out the game in the 3rd quarter. Even the NZ commentators were blown away!

2 Upsets blues and reds losing,going to be a crazy last 2 weeks.
 
The Sharks have lost the plot. Additionally their midfield is a disgrace to super rugby.

What the hell happened to the running rugby they were playing in the CC? They look like the Lions at the moment.

Difficult to play against a Cheetahs side that are playing as good as they are tonight.

My guess is the Sharks are going to slow down the game in the second half by keeping it in the forwards and playing for territory.

The Cheetahs are playing as good as the Sharks allow them to. Terblanche and Bosman missing tackles and basically being useless in the center field once again. Terblanche is a fcking fullback not a centre, and as his age hes completely outpaced. Bosman..well he's just rubbish all round.
 
Two yellow cards? This is turning into a bit of a farce although the Sharks have serious discipline issues and the citing commisioner is going to be busy.

That might be, but the ref also allowed the Cheetahs to get away with plenty, especially sealing off the ball and going off their feet at the ruck. This makes it impossible to compete for the ball and frustrates players.
 
Poor refereeing lost the match for the Cheetahs. The Sharks were transgressing at most rucks. A forward pass give them their winning try. Off side on numerous occasions and not blown for it. Coupled with last night's "headbutt" questions will be asked.
 
The Sharks should have been given 4 yellow cards rather than 2. Terrblanche for one - blatantly stopping the attack from the Cheetahs with a deliberate knock-down :rolleyes:
 
Lol, more of the "Sharks always blame the ref brigade" not practicing what they preach and blaming the ref :rolleyes:
 
Congrats to the Sharks. Capatalized on the Cheetahs mistakes in the second half. Great try my Mvovo there, smoking Ebersohn, Pretorius and Viljoen.

Lambie had his kicking boots on for sure.

CHEETAHS 4 LIFE!!!
 
I must admit that I am losing a bit of interest in the competition. I want to see more "internationals"

Also as a Sharks supporter I'm not going to disagree with Cheetahs supporters who think we got away with far too much. Not our best performance and we need to lift our game.
