2016 Opel Astra K

I read Cars.co.za keen view on the 308 and it actually got me thinking to retry the whole thing with French cars being bad. I don't think that is the case at all. Which makes it so much harder to try and resit the 407 coupe. Plus the fact that in mid September I will be in George anyway, and they have that beaut of a 407 coupe.

The flipside is paying of the bond and in a few years getting a nice new K. For me obviously. The wife can then stick to the H.
 
I know I keep taking this O/T with the Cascada, but it does look good.
Not quite K, but one sexy (overpriced) J with a dash of K...

Test drove the 1.6T plus last week, really amazing car packed with features. The lane assist works pretty well and I enjoyed the very informative lcd cluster, It did feel a bit slow for 147kw though .

I'm sure you had Sport mode activated but either way I find the vehicle very quick, especially compared the the previous models 1.6T. Compared to the likes of maybe a golf or similar car with the same engine capacity... maybe not but I am under the impression that Opel is more about comfort and styling than pace/speed.

On a side note, anyone know if OnStar is available in SA? According to this article it seems as though it is allowed.

EDIT: Ok so as I thought, GMSA confirmed that OnStar is not available. Guess the chaps at wheels24 didn't do all their research.
