2017 International Tests

Boks playing well, but we should not get over excited about a decent French team. It's good we building confidence when we do play proper opposition
 
Good game, Boks playing with intent, pride and passion!! They fighting hard, great to see! Bok rugby of old! Must continue to build and grow, work on the continuity, work on the skill set, they'll be competitive in the rugby championship.

Yeah, Jan had a massive game as did Raymond! Andries quiet day at 15 but didn't necessarily do anything wrong. Good to have Lwazi as cover for either 14 or 15. It's a long season yet and cover will be required.

Harold Vorster had a great game for SA A last night. Developing his game nicely.

Wouldn't be my first choice but I thought he held his own tonight.

Must say our back 3 are probably the smallest and lightest in international rugby. Worries me a bit. Lot's of pace and reasonably skillful but smaaaaaall....

What? Sad for Oupa, but it was good for the bokke that he did go off. Jean Luc was very impressive. Should be starting.

My thoughts exactly. Oupa had already given a penalty away for a high shot and his poor form saw him again going too high and picking up an injury for his efforts. It was quite a turn around for the Boks. Jean Luc had a massive game and Picamoles going off with an injury picked up at the Oupa collision, was a massive blow for the French. He's their talisman in the pack.
 
What really impressed me was seeing a couple of really, really large men in the french pack being stopped solid and often driven back. Ironically, it was the the smaller french team players that seemed to be able to make the yards.

Good game from the boks. Nice to see some good running and passing. The coaching seems to have greatly improved for the absolute cluelessness from about a year or so ago when they didn't know what to do whit the ball.
 
I am glad that the Springboks played as a team, one unit, yesterday. The continuity on the bench was interchangeable. This team carried the Green & Gold with pride and glory.

Here is the thing, who is the head coach, Allister Coetzee or Brendan Venter? Clearly, we are working towards Venter’s plan and desire…

Not clearly. AC and his springboks are busy redeeming themselves and you give credit to a newbie subordinate. Bit of an unfair assessment, don't you think? Especially since you don't know what is happening behind closed doors.
