Out of the current 26 in our group, only 14 will still have a position.

Ended up being 45%.. includes annual increase and promotion..Will hear in April, expecting 18% to 23%..

This smells of the company running the numbers, realising that, if they rate as a team, instead of individually, they can save lots and lots of money to line management pockets with..F**k me, 0%. We're getting rated as a team instead of individuals.
