Company-wide was between 0% and 9% with the average at 5.5%.
Staff on lower job grades had a better chance of doing better than the average, while those in mid-upper grades did well to get more than the average.

Mine was 5%, but I've only been here a few months so I'm not complaining.

I'm quite shocked at how some Companies are offering like juuuuuust above inflation, it's crazy. (+-4.5%).
Singapore inflation is around 1.2% and the average increase is 3-8%.

Struggling economy, struggling business, struggling times :(

I will only find out in June (financial year end). Only missed one increase since 2012 and they are usually in the 6.5 - 7.25% range.

Just declined an offer of an 18% increase.
Not going to spend 3 hours travelling to and fro, just for petrol to eat into what I'm currently earning.
This will leave me with less...

Take the job, get a bike. You'll spend less time in traffic less money on petrol and end up being better off.

Except, I won't be better off. The place is 110km away from home and petrol expenses will kill that increase.

One of the previous companies I was involved with was 89km's from home, 180km daily round trip. Will never do that again.

Expecting 7% annual and maybe plus 3% on competency increase.
