And again your DRL while being a DRL is never dimming.
That the same array is used again in a different way certainly with a microcontroller and probably a PWM is not the question at all…but it’s no longer a DRL and is now a parking light.
Your DRL it turned off entirely. It no longer exists when you flipped the switch in the car to literally tell it to do exactly that.
And now it’s a parking light. Not a dimmed DRL.
Same housing, same array, different function entirely.
