Fact remains that your DRL while performing the function of a DRL, never dims.

Nothing has shifted in any way whatsoever.

I’m not the one wilfully choosing to misunderstand how an LED array works while flipping the switch on my car between off and park and claiming the DRL’s are dimming.

Multiple lights in a housing is no new thing to cars, this is no different than it ever was before and as such a park light is a park light and a DRL is a DRL.

They don’t magically become one and the same thing just because they live in the same housing.

But I’m over this now, you do you, if you don’t want to understand what I’m saying then you simply never will.

Like I said before, when you switch from headlights to park lights in a normal non-LED car you would never say the headlights are dimming, so why do you choose to make that statement just because it’s not LED based? Makes no sense, it’s exactly the same thing.

Dude, they ARE the same thing! Manufactureres aren't gonna waste mony on multiple sets of LED's, when they can use the SAME LED's to do different functions!

Want them to dim? Just add a PWM or DC dimming logic to a micro-controller. It's as simple as that. They aren't gonna add arrays of LED's for each and different function. Don't be an idiot.

Your dumbass logic dictates that if I want to dim the lights in my house, I'd need a set of different light fixtures to do that, rather than just dim the actual lights.

When you took your video and you stated “DRL Dim” is your headlight stalk/switch set to Park or not?

I’ve never seen any car with two DRL settings of varying brightness.
