20GB for R199?

I thought the whole point of the i5 promo (10gb for R199) was to get new customers
This is just more incentive for us to stay with them
Pity you didnt take them up on their offer 2 years ago
 
I renewed my contract in this manner with this deal however I just got my invoice at it's at the old price of R299 instead of R199. Waiting on a response from Telkom Mobile.

Reason probably being your contract didn't come to an end yet(24month) once you reach your 24month, thereafter new rates should be applicable.
 
Nope, never had it at R299 during the contract, and as far as I know it ended in August. The recurring payment is now R299 instead of R199.

Same problem here. I was on 10 Gig only contract(no night surfer added) for R199. Last month when i got the call i said i want to extend with the special offer of 10Gb+10Gb night surfer for R199. It was activated and i got 10GB extra on 1st of this month.

Now I got the invoice and it says R299 reoccurring cost.

got a call from the 'renewal agent' yesterday and renewed for R199 for 10+10 Gb instead of the old R299. Also got an e-mail from them confirming the renewal and new lower monthly payment - now I wait to see what happens at the end of October...

In any event, 'Telkom Mobile' thank you for your great service!

Same here. This is turning out to be quite a mess.

Should've cancelled when I had the chance.

Correct.

I was promised R199 for 10GB + 10GB and they will remove the extra night surfer for me, but instead I got R299 for 10GB + 10GB and the night surfer is still there.

On my 10 gig bill i am being charged R8 a month for CLIP. how can i stop this?. WTF

We are looking at the billing issue and you will be credited and put back on the correct price plan.

We've realized that and are looking at the billing issue and you will be credited and put back on the correct price plan (R199.00 for 10GB).
