What is the difference between your limited experience compared to the Roman4604 limited experience as you claimed? Sounds to me like you like to blow your respective whistle and argues with every other poster that do not agree to the BS you proclaim here.

At least you now agreed that there is only a SLIGHT improvement in SD content on plasma's so then all the other benefits of LCD/LED obviously overrides your perceptions.

And so? To be slight when there are up to 1920x1080 physical pixels is a miracle. It is the more forgiving tech, and many prefer better quality SD than not since they still use SD and prefer it looking as best as possible. Your very acknowledgement that it's slightly better says it all.

I already have HDR plasma (and FHD LCD) thanks, perfectly decent for my needs from my viewing distance. Would take HDR plasma any day for HD content as it provides better PQ. Much better.

Yip, I find my LCD to be far less forgiving of SD content than on my plasma. 1st time I connected my new LCD to SD PVR and switched it on I nearly vomited. The post purchase dissonance I experienced was devastating. Admittedly the LCD in question was a 32" Sinotec.
