Just got my 4S a couple of days ago, I had the same problem with my iphone 3GS and subsequently switched to blackberry because of it..
Anyway I was hoping the issue had been resolved but it seems not.
Yesterday I bought a 10mb data bundle (late afternoon) just to test, I have been at home using wifi since purchasing the bundle.
Around 6am this morning I got an sms saying my data bundle had been used up..
I checked my billing on vodacom and since then a R84 worth of data has been used! I've been at home on wifi the whole time (except when the phone sleeps i assume)
iCloud disabled (never setup) and some apps have push enabled.
Any ideas?
I really don't want to have to disable data/3g etc and toggle it everytime i use it.. that is juts a pain in the ass.. if i can't get it sorted in a couple days.. iphone 4s going cheap!
