Omg, vodacom



???
So I got a reply on my complaint that I made last week that I was not seeing any speeds greater than 3.6 after buying a VBBA 2gb package.
Last week there were a number of people from vodacom that confirmed the tower in my area is 7.2. Then they eventually said they will send some1 out to check. Now they call me and say that the tower has actually not been upgraded yet and that they will refund me the difference in price between the 2 packages.
Can you believe this..... Are they lying to us, or they just dont have a clue whats going on? And I wasnt only dealing with the call centre people, I was dealing directly with the technicians/network guys or who ever they are.
For me, if they were prepaired to refund the difference that says something is not right. Anyways, Im glad about the refund, but I still would like to really see speeds of 3.6 - 7.2 soon
