8ta Itemised billing charge?

For the last two months I have been charged R17 for itemised billing on my internet promo account, I wasn't charged for this in the first few months and I have never requested this service to be enabled/ or given permission to charge the additional R17. From the the terms and conditions on 8ta's website all I could find was the following,

6.4 Billing
6.4.1 Telkom Mobile will provide the Subscriber on a monthly basis, with a computerized Monthly invoice which constitutes a Vat invoice and/or statement in respect of all and any Charges due and owing in terms of the Agreement by the Subscriber to Telkom Mobile.
6.4.2 Detailed billing is available to the Subscriber under the VAS offerings and will be provided on request against the payment of the applicable service charge set out under the Telkom Offerings Schedule.

Nowhere in the terms and conditions of the internet 5 promo does it mention itemised billing???!!!

I know its only R17 but I don't think that this is good business practice/PR

Anyone else have this issue? Or could the 8ta guys on the forum please assist?

At least you're getting your bills. 5 months into my contract and I have only received bills when I phone and ask them to email them to me.
