A warning to WebAfrica users

I've never had issues with WebAfrica.

I know that come 'end of the month' they charge you for the 'next months' account.
All I do is ignore that e-mail... Till I use it, then I do a EFT immediately.

But you should still watch them, in the past they have charged me for an account I didn't use, I called them and explained that and bam, they didn't charge me... nothing phoning them, and being CIVIL about won't fix.

Come on guys... WebAfrica are really good at what they do, if you wanna moan, try OpenWeb  and you'll appreciate WA!

They charge me on credit card so I automatically get billed. So if for some reason I don't see an email or something, I won't know about it :P

Look, Ive now had 3 seperate occasions where my adsl just died. Call Telkom and squat. Call WA and the next day I get a techie out here. Ask him and he is responding to the complaint from WA.

So they need to work on their billing department. Boo Hoo. Their support is what counts the most. If they do make a mistake and you call and are decent to them they bend over backwards to sort it out in the shortest possible timeframe.
