Accelerit ISP review

Decided to switch from Cool Ideas to these guys because they were cheaper. Terrible decision...

Accelerit is the worst ISP I've ever used. Their customer service is basically non existent, I've had constant packet loss issues, network outages and they haven't even sent anyone to check what's happening with my connection after over a month of phoning in and sending support tickets.

This ISP shouldn't exist.

Playing open cards would help. I swear it would!

What is going on at Accelerit? Why the sneaky 20% price increases on the 50mbps forgfoot lines? Why the need for an escalation email if management could just log into your own ticketing system?
 
Accelerit Fibre August 2021 Service still quite terrible. Don't be surprised if you are left without internet for weeks...A def no go.

And people on hellopeter seem to strongly agree. Minus 76% ( "-76") of people would recommend them...Ouch
 
We have had some FNOs with issues however if we have ticket we can assist quicker and advise where the issue is

I pay for a 50mbs and get lower than 10 almost every day
this is the poorest service I've ever seen in my lifetime

Contact them, they were fairly helpful to me in the beginning when I had the same issue at peak times.
Infrastructure was upgraded within a few weeks of reporting it.
No issues anymore here on a 20/20 line.
I have been with them for about 4 months with very little downtime cosidering I am with a new FNO.
Was with Rain before and that was all over the place all the time.

Getting line speed here all the time - all prior speed issues were wifi or area/FNO related.
