Acer Packard bell EasyNote: Keyboard issue...

Hi all....Have a Acer Packard Bell EasyNote Laptop...one for general usage...anyway, last week....the q, t, p and j letters stop working. Nothing will spilled on it, the only thing that was updated on the machine, was Windows. Did the whole, restore point/reset device thing...and still said keys do not work. When using external usb keyboard no issue. Bought the thing less than a year ago. Before I take it back to Game, anyone had a similar issue....? After everything I tried, looks to me more like a hardware issue, rather than software....Assistance would be appreciated!

Take it back to Game. Double check by booting to live CD (Linux, Hiren's boot CD, or even Windows installation disk). If problems persist, then it is not a Windows issue.
