Hi, I'm downloading and installing Adobe Flash Player 10 in order to view a website. Does anyone know what the download size of it is? It keeps on downloading...the progress bar is over 7000% and it's already downloaded about 150MB. Something seems very wrong.

dude adobe flash 10 is not THAT big  stop the download and goto ADOBE WEBSITE. The download manager will then download Flash and install (FireFox) not sure about IE8 (I dont use that crap)

If I recall it's less than 5MB:D

I'm using Chrome. Got the 1.87MB download from the Adobe site. When I opened this file it started downloading and installing flash player but it didn't stop :/ And it doesn't even say what size the file etc etc.....so I stopped it for now.

I managed to see the file size by trying to restart the download differently. 1.03GB.... and this is from the Adobe website! I'm not downloading 1GB!

Can't be! What OS are you running and you sure it is Adobe Flash 10 that is is downloading?

You must have a problem, I have just installed Flash Player 10 and is +- 1.87Mb (installed in under 10sec)

I'm using chrome (albeit version 4 beta) and I followed your link. FDM did the download and as echo said, a couple of seconds later new version was installed.

I dont know what that 1.03GB version was about but I managed to get it to work now. Had to download the uninstaller and reinstall.
