ADSL 640kb upstream?

This maybe a bit of a newbie question, but then again i am a newbie!
What programs do you guys use to monitor the network connection speeds on winxpProf?
Can they monitor separate programs like firefox,IE,Outlook?
 
Wish we had 8mbit downstream!

Anyone experience slow down in international bandwidth using Internet Solutions recently?
 
IS was slow yesterday, but late last night it picked up speed just fine.

Waiting for reply to PM from photonman, but I'll be patient seeing as he has helped out alot of people here with this upstream speed. Pretty keen on having an upstream speed boost considering I VPN to work and also RDP to home from the office. :)
 
Sowwi I havn't been on much lately, been swamped with a million things :(

I'll try and change the upload speeds for everyone who asked me, should be done by tomorrow morning latest.

If you did ask me and it doesn't change then the exchange probably won't allow it, my apologies for that in advance.

I got my upload speed increased to 512K...

Was really hoping for 640K though:(:o

photonman sorted mine as well, now on 512. Many thanx and much respect for doing this stuff for all of us. :)
