What is so special about upload speeds?? Only time I would want it is when I am hosting a game like rFactor and it eats x bandwidth per client. Currently with a 256 upload I can host 4 guys in a race before I start to see problems

upload is good for torrents , when playing games online etc

I'll never understand the concept of getting to internationally competitive line speeds with crazy ridiculous expensive data prices -- and capping policies! If someone knows, can they please shed some light on this for me?
