ADSL Issues

Yet again I am having trouble with my line, so today I am minding my own business playing an online game when suddenly the connection is lost, I checked the lights on the router on they indicate everything is on. Later I go to http://10.0.0.2 and look at the statistics and low and behold: http://www.taccess.za.net/new folder/omgwtf.jpg a noise margin of -9.0db and its been fluctuating like this (between -9 and 12 db) since roughly 9:55 does anyone know what the problem is or is it just my Router that is acting up?

EDIT: Syncs fine @ 4096 K any other day.
