ADSL Price War?

I'm sure they will join the party at some stage. Hopefully by that time they'll have caught a wake-up-call about their stupid 6 month contract. Afterall, they would have to seriously undercut the competition to make anyone willingly sign a six month contract when the other companies don't have contracts.

Or maybe they'll drop the six-month contract all together. But i'd still rather choose an ISP using the SAIX backbone, as UUNet has proved to be unreliable. :(

well whats wrong with a six month contract i mean imagenet or whatever is only 1 rand cheaper lol yeah wish i didnt sign i could be saving 1 rand

but who cares im only paying 480 so still nearly 100 cheaper than imagnet

"A 30GB ADSL account with 59.co.za will provide you with a permanent connection to the Internet. This means you will be connected to the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This account will only cost you R499.00 per month."

...and so the war goes on. O yeah.

This is awesome. If Telkom would only drop line-rental, ADSL in SA would actually start kicking ass.

Yeah, I checked out their site. Excellent price for 30GB, but I've never heard of these guys. Anyone had any experience with them?
