Strange, your upload speeds are VERY consistent but rather slow (What do you sync at?), mine are much closer to the 384 upload speeds you supposed to get (and are very consistent as well). On the download side, my download tests have almost always been slower than my upload speeds. Looking at other results here it seems that way for others as well. I am also on a 4 meg line, SAIX shaped.
 
I have no idea how to check my sync rate as router was set up for me by a friend when I was with 512.Router NetgearDG834GT.I am a technological genius. Now that they are going to change the channels on DSTV it will take me 5 years to find the sports channels.

edit: I'll be running the program for the next couple of days so my results should increase every 2 hours or so.

what is with all these low numbers? ( spec. for the 4mbit lines ) Is the program actually correct or what cos it seems no one has achieved more than about 400kbps
