I have been experiencing massive issues with losing SYNC in the Ruimsig area lately.
This evening was losing sync every 10 minutes until I asked telkom to turn my line down and they put it on 1024mbps and now it appears to be fine.
I was given a reference previous which blamed "a cable faulty to be repaired on the 23rd of February", yet somehow I have not been able to get any status on this cable fault repair since.
I am also complaining about the 480kbps up...

Downstream 1024 kbps
SNR Margin (Upstream) 6.0 db
SNR Margin (Downstream) 30.0 db
Line Attenuation (Upstream) 31.5 db
Line Attenuation (Downstream) 58.0 db
Any ideas?
