Hello.

Currently I have a 4Mb uncapped (shaped) account with MWeb, roughly used between 50-80Gb's a month. My kids use it it play World of Warcraft but lately we've been experiencing bad latency issues. Should I rather opt for the 512Kb unshaped service for roughly the same and take the throughput hit? I'm not interested in using an unshaping service as those simply get your account banned etc.

mweb does not throttle or shape gaming, please pm your deals will@mweb, he will help you with gaming issues , or post in mweb gaming feedback thread.

Please provide me with your Mweb details in order for me to investigate why you are having bad latency issues. In your PM, please provide as much information as possible in order for me to troubleshoot further.
