Screenshot of the last few day's Speedtest results:

As you can plainly see, nothing has changed. The throughput still goes from virtually useless to over 6MB on a daily basis and has been doing this for the last 3+ months.

I hope their network issues get sorted soon for those of you still having problems, but at midnight tonight, I am outta here and off to another ISP and taking my money with me.

That sync speed has been the only constant in this whole episode, yet the Speedtest results show a completely different story.

Fix your ****ing **** NOW. I gave you the benefit of the doubt by cancelling my cancellation, then I come back from camping and I can't do **** all.

Is there an issue on the network? My router sync but doesn't connect. Tried a spare router with the same result

No issues from our end that should be causing this.

So if there are still issues and Afrihost says things are normal on their end, I guess this is the new Afrihost norm and things aren't going back to pre-iOS update state. *scratches Afrihost off uncapped list*

We've sorted out a lot of the speed queries we've seen here previous, our team has made some really great progress!
What's your experience like?

Good service!

I just want to thanx Afriguy with my internet that is running like a bullet.....I have upgraded from Capped 10meg to Business 10meg, and I must say this:I always always wanna to have a line running smooth everyday, no limit no holding backs. Thanx to Afrihost, and my son is also happy with his online gaming till 02:00 in mornings. If there is just one person out there that can support me, lets see a bit of positive feed back in here. I know everyone do have line problems and exchange problems, but lets just give these guys just "one" thanx "like" please

I'm battling to see how this can originate from our systems though - usually disconnects like this indicate something wrong on the line, exchange or even sometimes your router.

Drop me a PM with the line number that's seeing this and we can run through some options.

What's that supposed to mean then if the line is with you? And it's clearly to do with the line, as even my Web Africa account is disconnecting.

While the line may be with us, we can have a fault logged. We can't monitor the line for drops like this.
I'd really like to have this looked into - please PM me your line number.

Currently I'm on the 4Mb Business DSl Combo line deal thing, due to some life changes I'd like to change this.

I want to switch to a 100GB capped account, sign up for Afrihost+ and a mobile 500MB. How would I go about doing this? I need the Mobile data this week and preferably not hit with prorata billings for the dsl data, that's ok switching across in jan.

Also just a confirmation that if I select my DSL account with Afrihost+ I'll get 200GB a month?

The package change can be run via the ClientZone. As it's a downgrade though, it'll only be run at the end of the month - our billing run is already over.

It should be activated upon signup :)
And yebo - signing up will allow permanent double data, so having a 100GB package will automatically bolt-on another 100GB.
