Speeds getting slower and slower all day. Streaming struggling a bit too. Not heard back from critical care either.

I'll need to check with the team on this. General reports not showing any issues, but let me see what our testing shows from last night.

What speeds are you referring to here. Is this download speeds (as in general throughput) or torrent speeds?

I requested an line upgrade to 4Mbps on 25th November 2014 06:00 am... And still no results yet. So let me guess? If it's not done today, there is no chance seeing it done through the weekend?

What happened to the in 48 hours max it will be done?

This is starting to get on my nerves now since I was already charged for the 4Mbps Business Package, but line still on 2Mbps.

That's why you should always leave your line with Telkom.

They would have done it while you wait on the phone.

I see there is still an order for the upgrade pending on Telkoms side. I'll do some digging and see where the delays are coming in.

I don't have another ISP to try with. I've tried with the telkom guest account and I get the exact same speed with that too.

On a 6mb line that's slow.

Things are looking good for me now. Ping's a little high for international (~20ms more than usual), but hey, the speeds are fine as far as I can tell. Must have been the exchange (Telkom was having issues?).
