It will unbundle the line and data, but it'll re-bundle once the downgrade has been completed. Unless you specifically hit cancel it won't move from us![]()
I pressed cancel on all my accounts earlier last month
The line is STILL pending cancellation (and move back to Telkom)

Please note, we do require a 30-day notice period before any cancellation is processed. All line cancellations will be processed at the end of the month.
Afrihost will not be held liable for any cancellation, that is requested incorrectly.
Please note, that Telkom will bill you from the time the ADSL line is migrated back to them.
Your line will be migrated back to Telkom (ADSL line kept active)

Fix your ****ing **** NOW. I gave you the benefit of the doubt by cancelling my cancellation, then I come back from camping and I can't do **** all.

I cancelled my account at the end of October and today is the 1st of December and my line is still being held hostage at AHBeen paying for a 4mb business account for months and last month the best speed /sync rate on my account was 2mb -.-
The guys at Telkom said my exchange LynnwoodGlen can handle up to 40mb connections so at this stage I just want my line to be freed pretty pretty please??
Estimated waiting time at the AH call centres is 10min (Aint got time for that) no one replies to my support emails either. @AfriGuy and @AfriMan were and are the only people who I have every received great service from. Please help me.
Would you mind quickly sending me a PM with your ADSL line number so that I can look into this for you.
