We support IE 10 and up, with support for IE 8 & 9 on it's way.
I have never had issues IE9 until 2 weeks ago, and nothing has been updated on my side. Last time I was told you did some security backend updates, and today I got a different story. Either people are confused or not everyone is aware of what is going on.
Updates may have been done, I'm really not sure. Our Dev team are always pushing out new implementations.
Do you have a ticket open around this?

Have you passed on any further info to our team? Screengrabs or error codes being displayed?
There are no errors, the site opens and looks fine, but if you click on any of the buttons, Support , Billing etc. nothing happens. If I middle click with the mouse it opens the page in a new tab, then I can see the details, but the formatting is all incorrect.
Have you had this info passed on? I'm sure it'll help our Dev team identify any potential issues.
Also, have you tried clearing your cache?

The results don't look great
Are you seeing packet loss for all gaming or specifically LOL?
Hearthstone gets some delay, but I don't play that many online games other than that.
I requested my Bundle package Upgraded from 2Mbps Line and Data to 4Mbps Business Bundle on the 25th November 2014 06:00am..
It's been now more than 181 hours and still the Line is on 2Mbps!!
But Afihost charged me Pro Rata for 4Mbps but did not see a Drop of it last month, and still not seeing it now!!

How many time more do I have to remind and ask Afihost why is the line still stuck on 2Mbps??
How many Hours do I still have to wait for a simple Line speed Upgrade??![]()

Are you seeing an increase in latency along with the increased packet loss?
Same for the capped accounts in CT - streaming impossible on both Afrihost and Access.Same here... All is not well in Cape Town WTF????
