Hour or two is fine.

And I know it was off, as I check it whenever I see that section on ClientZone. That, and my torrents and downloads were 100% before, when the network wasn't on its period.

It appears there is a problem with CZ... it has not logged my entire message to support. All the tests I sent do not appear on the fault logged.

The last few lines of the ticket are as follows:

Minimum = 8ms, Maximum = 8ms, Average = 8ms

Waiting sins 25th November 2014 for simple Line Upgrade from 2Mbps to 4Mbps.
All that I get is Charged for 4Mbps Business DATA Account, But 2Mbps Line to handle it!!
This it Totally unfair being charged for 4Mbps Business Data, but you keep telling me story's about Line Upgrade is in Progress.

You clearly say if would only take max 48 hour? Well I am waiting now Over 200 Hours!!

My router shows Attainable Rate 12320Kbps, so why can't I get 4Mbps Line? You still keep me on 2Mbps.

These aren't great results at all, I'll double check a few things with our team.

Looks like the order is being held up at Telkom as they need to do a DSLAM swap on your port in order to upgrade the speed :(

Yes, slow speeds and disconnects... line remains in sync though... so not the line.

DNS lookups are also really slow....

Only affecting my business account.. capped seems fine.

We did see some DNS issues earlier this morning, have you tried a reboot?

Yes i just rebooted again....

Guys when are you guys gonna have a stable network......
I have never had to reboot my router so many times until moved to you guys..

Did the reboot help?
Our network has been performing much better after our additional capacity and tweaks have been implemented.
