Cool beans! could you ask them to take a gander at port 25572 connecting to my mc server has been laggy at the best of times.

We don't prioritise specific ports on our end, drop me a PM with a bit more detail around this though and I'll get it looked at once we've got the international slow downs sorted.

Did this really have to happen on a day when I had to reinstall Windows? :-/

Getting like 20 KB/s max. Yay "business" accounts, right?

Your latency is quite high locally, not sure why the traceroute is full of timeouts either - that's generally not a very good sign :( What's the experience like when using a different account?

Dah, sorry dude :(
I'm sure we'll see the international speeds come back up to normal soon.

I have no Internet at all, already sent in a support ticket with my very slow 3G, p2p has been slow as hell since Saturday, although I didn't really pay attention To it until yesterday, the one day I have no work and Murphy strikes, what a Douchebag.

Do you have the ref# available? I'll gladly follow this up for you :)

I see our team have replied for the Mobile portion of the ticket. Also looks like there's a known Telkom issue in the area :(

Just a quick update on the reduced international throughput, it's due to a link being down. We're routing traffic via failover links and managing the throughput as best we can. I'll update everyone once the link is functioning properly.

I can't be 100% - but from this is does look like the latency is being introduced at the exchange. The only way to know for certain is to run a few tests with either the Telkom guest account or a different ISP.

In addition to this. While my speed test shows as fine and my browsing seems okay now. My downloads are still extremely slow. Averaging around 50kbps on 6mb line.
