Our guys are working on this, sorry about the delays.
We're running through a lot of test and checking the data - I'm sure we'll have this fixed up as soon as possible.

This sounds very similar to what I am seeing as well. Youtube works and then goes to the crapper! Then starts working again, and this is repeated all the time. No indication as to what could be wrong, as all tests show normal performance. My DNS settings are set to dynamic.

Have you managed to run the tests yet?
 
I've given up. My speeds still in the crapper. Sick of submitting test after test after test without any results.
 
Seems I'm not the only one having issues again. Speeds fluctuating like crazy all day. (In the south of JHB)

Thanks, what are they doing to resolve this? Do they even know whats wrong or even have an idea ?

We are on a business account (We use it for our business) and we are struggling .

Not once has Afrihost said "hey here is a trial account while we figure out what is going on....."
 
@Afriguy, NNTP is downloading at half the my line speed, twitch constantly buffers, which I am assuming is because of the slow throughput....
