Are you able to run a traceroute to the remote.bittorrent.com?

the test account dipped a bit but came up again but it is a 100% improvement over our business account
also there is no packet loss on the test account
What's up with Afrihost now?
Can't browse certain sites. Twitter slow and images don't load. Can't even access speedtest website.
I'm seeing a similar issue on our office connection, some local sites are fine, but others are not at all. I'm investigating from my side now.
Cool, thanks.
HLV-612-49323 that was my ticket number at 7:54 this morning I have no Internet, you also don't seem to have any support on duty, I've received nothing other than the usual automated response, I have a business account, I can't run a business, go figure, been running with no issues for 2 weeks, I actually have very few words to explain how frustrating this is, I want a detailed explanation how business uncapped is a priority service or I will be cancelling.
Okay, we had to make a few changes to our Office connection to mitigate a DDoS attack, so this should definitely not be affecting our ADSL users.
Are you able to ping or run a traceroute to those sites that you cannot access?
