On which services were you seeing the packet loss? Was it consistent over the weekend?

Anyone know whats going on with l2tp for static IP? can't connect.
Also, why is p2p completely blocked? trying to download a document.

Not aware of any issues on the L2TP box, are you not able to auth at all?
For P2P - double check your Business Optimisation :)
 
I am on my original Afrihost account as AfriGreen runs worse.
Anyways, I tried downloading calibre ebook manager & vlc video player and get a whopping 70 kbps max.
But guess what - youtube downloader and p2p running at 3,3 mbps.

Is Business Optimisation disabled on both accounts?
 
Yes. Checked both.
Been complaining about this for months - and my exchange keeps being blamed for everything.

I know the exchange has been mentioned before, not sure it's the cause here though.
Would you be able to compile some tests from the MyBB speedtest server, grab some traceroutes and possibly test the Telkom guest account/ backup ISP?
