We've been working super hard on the migration this morning, since 4am or there abouts.
So far so good! We're providing updates on the migration page - I've linked it below. I'll communicate any info I can here too though.

Clearly I am being throttled on my Business Acount

Yesterday could get full speed easy on Torrenting.
Now on geting max 60 KB/s on 5 Torrents runing with over 1000 seders and peers!!!

I am not happy...

It is possible. You are still shaping us. I have the exact same experience. Speedtest is fine, p2p in the toilet.
Hide p2p with VPN, full speed...

Don't say it is not possible, clearly it is and it's deliberate as it has always been.

Let's run some tests.
If we were shaping, HTTP downloads would be slow too - how do those perform for you?

Also, have you double checked that Business Optimisation is switched off via ClientZone?
