I'll check in a bit, downloads seem fine but I'll let that finish first and test again. Bit concerned about the ping timeouts though.

Everybody gets the timeouts - I've been trying to get them to admit that there is a problem with the tool.
 
Created two new accounts. Afrihost have activated account number 2 - but not number 1 - both on the same profile.

So now cannot finish the setup for the office.

I have PM'd afriguy.

Impossible to get hold of Afrihost.

Set up the remaining account using the 1GB free capped account, the other will be activated soon :) Usually they get assigned to different people to activate - so it may take different times.

Edit: Also - contact live support on the website

Nah, we're pretty much ready for an influx of demand, whether they're using P2P or not.

We have some big plans to make sure the network is always running at premium. Should be in place pretty soon :)

As far as we know we have no peering or routing issues to PSN, though I am not personally sure whether PS4 traffic differs to PS3 traffic. We'd need more test results and diagnostics to try to find where there the issue could be :(

I don't know of any international issues. As far as I know, we're getting normal throughput on all our overseas cables.

We've run multiple tests on our side. We definitely don't see the timeouts on a healthy line on our side.

But we'll review the TTL on pings and traces for future versions to make sure we eliminate any possibility of a flaw in the system.
